China is large and has altogether 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions (Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet), 4 municipalities (Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Tianjin) and 2 special administrative regions (Hong Kong and Macao) so far. And the capital of China is Beijing, located in north China.

  • • East China: Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Fujian and Taiwan;
  • • Central China: Henan, Hunan and Hubei;
  • • South China: Hong Kong, Macao, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan;

How many hours journey by train from Changsha to jinzhou

Thanks for your attention and inquiry. In China, there are lots of cities named Jinzhou, and they located in different regions with different train travel hours.
If you want to get to Jingzhou (荆州) in Hubei Province, the train travel is only 3.5 hours.
If your destination is Jinzhou (锦州) in Liaoning Province, Northeastern China, high speed trains takes around 11~12 hrs and normal trains need 20 ~ 26 hrs.
If you refer to Jinzhou (金州) in Dalian, Liaoning Province, the train trip is about 32 hours.
