Splendid China Folk Village, a theme park located in Shenzhen, consists of two areas including Splendid China Miniature Park and China Folk Culture Village. China Folk Village is just next to the Splendid China Miniature Park. Covering an area of over 200,000 square meters, China Folk Village has 27 different ethnic villages, which can be seen as a museum of 56 ethnic groups of China. These villages were built with the proportion of 1:1, so you will have the same feelings as in those real villages. Here you will find quadrangle dwellings of Beijing and honorific archways of Han people, but the most special part is the various buildings of each ethnic group. Splendid China Folk Village is located at No. 9005, Shennan Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is about 18 km to the old urban area of Shenzhen. As it is a well-know tourist attraction in Shenzhen, there are stations of bus and metro near Splendid China Folk Village. You can easily take metro line 1 to get off at the Overseas China Town Station, then go out from the Entrance D. The Ticket Booth is about 150m from the Entrance D.
